Fulfillment & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5–9 business days. Weekend orders may experience slight delays, as our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs & Transit Times

• Free Shipping is available for all orders on calilume.com.
• Air Freight: 12–15 business days (small lights, samples, replacements) — Free
• International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 7–10 business days — Paid
• Sea Freight: 30–45 business days (large items) — Free

Transit times are estimates and may vary by destination, service level, and customs clearance. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Duties & Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of import duties and taxes unless otherwise stated. For orders delivered to the United States, duties and taxes are generally included. For other destinations, local charges may apply at delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

Address & Delivery

• Please provide a complete and deliverable address; carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes in some regions.
• If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
• Inspect parcels on arrival; report transit damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist promptly.
