We want you to love your lighting. If something isn’t right, our team will help make it right.
Return Window
- 30-Day Return — You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with all accessories, mounting hardware, and packaging.
- Installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible except for verified warranty issues.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@calilume.com with your order number and reason for return.
- For quality or transit damage claims, include photos/video of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will issue an RMA with the returns center address and instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA.
Return Shipping
- Defective/Incorrect items — We provide a prepaid return label after verification, or reimburse standard return costs.
- Change-of-mind returns — Customers are responsible for return shipping to our returns center in [City, State/Province, Country].
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for processing.
Warranty
- 2-Year Limited Warranty — Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Warranty solutions may include replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund depending on the case.
