We want you to love your lighting. If something isn’t right, our team will help make it right.

Return Window

  • 30-Day Return — You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition with all accessories, mounting hardware, and packaging.
  • Installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible except for verified warranty issues.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@calilume.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. For quality or transit damage claims, include photos/video of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will issue an RMA with the returns center address and instructions. Please do not send items back without an RMA.

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Incorrect items — We provide a prepaid return label after verification, or reimburse standard return costs.
  • Change-of-mind returns — Customers are responsible for return shipping to our returns center in [City, State/Province, Country].

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for processing.

Warranty

  • 2-Year Limited Warranty — Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
  • Warranty solutions may include replacement parts, an exchange, or a refund depending on the case.
